How are the readings delivered?
Most readings are sent through Facebook Messenger as a voice note with photos of the cards. Deep-dive sessions and premium readings can be done by video call.
How long does it take to receive my reading?
Typically within 24–48 hours depending on the volume of requests. Live sessions are booked in advance.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Not really — just bring a question, a situation, or an open mind. If you don’t know what to ask, Melissa can do a general reading for clarity and direction.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the time and personal nature of each reading, refunds aren’t available once a reading has been delivered. If there’s an issue, reach out and Melissa will make it right.
Can I ask more than one question?
Yes. Quick readings focus on one question. Full and deep-dive readings can explore multiple angles or topics.
Are readings confidential?

Yes — the $120 premium session is done live through Google Meet or video call. These sessions offer deeper support and real-time guidance.
