2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No-BS Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final We value your time and ours. Once a session is booked and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all digital products, books, and live “Modern Sage” sessions (Pattern Breaker, Signal vs. Noise, Blueprint Burn-Down).

2. Rescheduling We understand life happens. You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance via the LatePoint portal. Failure to show up for your scheduled time without 24-hour notice results in a forfeiture of the session fee.

3. Technical Issues In the rare event of a technical failure on our end that prevents the session from occurring, we will provide a one-time credit to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
